Abstract:
Thermoplastic or thermosetting resin is generally used at the outer case connector part, the gauge housing case, and the like, of a pressure sensor, and the like. But curing shrinkage takes place physically in the resin. Especially, a gap is generated at the interface of the resin and a metal by curing shrinkage when the metal is insert molded. When the gap is filled with an anaerobic, high−permeability adhesive, hermetic seal can be ensured and reliability is enhanced. Hermetic seal can be ensured inexpensively and reliability is enhanced.
