Abstract:
A pressure sensor 1 includes a tubular member 5 that is air-tightly attached to a body 4, in which a fluid passage 3 is formed, so as to communicate with the fluid passage 3, and a pressure sensor unit 6 that is connected to the tubular member 5 and detects a pressure of a fluid flowing through the fluid passage 3 of the body 4, wherein the tubular member 5 is formed of a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy material or a stainless steel material, the pressure sensor unit 6 includes a sensor body 8 that has a pressure receiving chamber 7 into which the fluid flows and a diaphragm 8a in contact with the fluid that has flown into the pressure receiving chamber 7, and that is closed at one end by the diaphragm 8a, and a pressure detecting element 2 that outputs displacement of the diaphragm 8a as pressure. The sensor body 8 is formed of a cobalt-nickel alloy material, and an opening-side end thereof is air-tightly connected to one end of the tubular member 5.
