Abstract:
A pressure switch having less error of a switch operation point, is small sized, and having resistance to dust, water, and chemical liquid. The pressure switch has a housing (2) made of resin with resistance to chemical liquid, a pressure sensor (3) for detecting the pressure of fluid, a partition member (4) made of resin with resistance to chemical liquid and preventing contact between the fluid and the pressure sensor (3), and a circuit section (5) for outputting ON and OFF signals based on an output from the pressure sensor (3). At least the pressure sensor (3) and the circuit section (5) are arranged in an enclosed space (S) constructed from the housing (2) and the partition member (4).
