Abstract:
A pressure water carafe, comprising a carafe body (10), a water carafe inner compartment (11), a gas inlet, a gas nozzle connection member (30), a gas guide tube (31), a spray nozzle (33), a gas inlet tube (32), a carafe cover (20), a gas path guide hole (50), a detection gas path valve core (51), and a first positional reset device (52); when used, the carafe body (10) is directly placed on a carbonated water machine, causing the gas nozzle connection member (30) to be connected to a gas nozzle on the carbonated water machine, and high pressure carbon dioxide within the carbonated water machine is sprayed directly into the water carafe inner compartment (11) by means of the spray nozzle (33); by means of the gas guide tube (31) being arranged at an incline on a side wall of the water carafe inner compartment (11), the amount of time that carbon dioxide remains in the water is lengthened, and at a same amount of carbon dioxide gas, carbonated water produced has a higher concentration; and by means of the gas path guide hole (50) being arranged on the carafe cover (20), a gas pressure measurement rod on the carbonated water machine can accurately measure the gas pressure within the water carafe inner compartment (11) in real time, and consequently precise feedback information for operation of the carbonated water machine can be provided, allowing produced carbonated water to have a more balanced and stable quality.
