A pressurizing and aligning device, comprising: a box body (1) having an outer opening (121) with a certain depth formed at the front side thereof; a cover component (2) rotatably connected to the box body (1) and used for opening and closing the outer opening; a pushing component (5) provided on the rear side of the box body (1) and used for selectively clamping products to be pressurized which are put into the box body (1); and a downward pressing component (4) provided on the rear side of the pushing component (5), wherein the downward pressing component (4) comprises a push rod (41) and a downward pressing plate (42) transmittingly connected to the push rod (41); the top of the downward pressing plate (42) is provided with at least one downward pressing arm extending to the upper part of the box body (1); an aligning adjustment component (3) is provided between the downward pressing arm and the box body; and the downward pressing plate (42) is driven by the push rod (41) to selectively push the aligning adjustment component (3) by means of the downward pressing arm, so that the product to be pressurized in the box body (1) is selectively pressed and pressurized. The device can improve the detection and calibration accuracy, is convenient and easy to operate, is safe and reliable, can greatly improve the detection efficiency, and reduces the costs and increases the benefits for enterprises.
