Abstract:
A prestress-free self-restoring energy dissipation cable support, comprising a restoring mechanism, an energy dissipation mechanism, a force-limiting energy dissipation mechanism, a high-strength steel cable (5) and a sleeve (1); the restoring mechanism comprises a slide end plate (6), a spring (2), and a connection rod (7); one end of the spring (2) is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the sleeve (1), and the other end thereof is connected to the slide end plate (6); one end of the connection rod (7) is anchored to the center of the slide end plate (6), and the other end thereof passes through a fixed end of the spring (2); the energy dissipation mechanism comprises rotation shafts (9), rotation wheels (3), friction plates (13), chains (4) and a cross connection piece (8), the rotation shafts (9) being fixed to the sleeve (1), the friction plates (13) being provided at two sides of the rotation wheels (3), the two chains (4) each being connected to two rotation wheels (3), and being connected to each other by means of two sides of the cross connection piece (8), and the other two sides of the cross connection piece (8) being respectively connected to the connection rod (7) and the high-strength steel cable (5); and the force-limiting power dissipation mechanism is a low-carbon steel connection plate (19) provided inside the cross connection piece (8), the low-carbon steel connection plate (19) is fixed to the cross connection piece (8) in a snap-fit manner, and the high-strength steel cable (5) is inserted into the cross connection piece (8) and is anchored to the low-carbon steel connection plate (19). The present invention is able to realize the self-restoring function without applying a prestress.
