Abstract:
Disclosed are a prestressed pipe pile apparatus for combined cooling, heat and power generation and a manufacturing method therefor. The apparatus comprises a prestressed pipe pile air-conditioning system and a prestressed pipe pile temperature-difference power generation system, wherein heat exchange pipes (2) in pre-stressed pipe pile bodies, a water pump I (11), valves (12) and a heat exchange device (13) form a shallow-geothermal-energy air-conditioning system; and semiconductor temperature-difference power generation devices I (3) outside the heat exchange pipes (2), a semiconductor temperature-difference power generation device II (4), water pumps II (25), DC/DC converters (7), storage batteries (8) and conducting wires (9) form a shallow-geothermal-energy temperature-difference power generation system. The prestressed pipe piles for combined cooling, heat and power generation are a novel compound energy application system with multiple functions, able to supply electric energy to a building above by a temperature difference between liquid in the heat exchange pipes (2) and soil, as well as provide a bearing function of supporting loads of the building above and the function of cooling or heating the building above by means of shallow geothermal energy, and can improve heat exchange efficiency between the heat exchange pipes (2) and soil mass. The system not only effectively realizes the combined utilization of the prestressed pipe pile in terms of mechanics, thermotics and electricity, but also realizes the on-demand and time-interleaved multi-purpose utilization of shallow geothermal energy in an effective manner, thereby improving energy utilization efficiency.
