Abstract:
The present application provides a prestressed unbonded anchor bolt rebar, which comprises a main rebar serving as a basic force bearing structure. The main rebar is a finish-rolled rebar or an ordinary rebar; an anti-corrosion grease layer is provided on the surface of the main rebar; a plastic film sleeve is provided outside the anti-corrosion grease layer. The number of the main rebar is one or one to five, and the main rebar is of a main rebar structure formed by connecting segmented rebars by connecting nuts. According to the prestressed anchor bolt produced from the unbonded anchor bolt rebars, the unbonded main rebars are directly cast into the prestressed anchor bolt by concrete, or the lower end of the anchor bolt is further connected to a grouting body or concrete of an expanded head; a rebar framework or a bag is wrapped inside the grouting body or concrete of the expanded head; the rebar framework comprises one or more rebars, a rebar cage having an ordinary structure, and a variable-diameter rebar cage; an anti-floating tensile anchor bolt of a concrete prefabricated pipe column is produced when the rebar cage having the ordinary structure and the variable-diameter rebar cage are adopted; one or more rebars are connected by using one or more rebar anchor bolt rebars; one or more rebars or rebar cages are still arranged in the center of the bag.
