Abstract:
A pretreatment apparatus for multilayer compositing of stainless steel and aluminum. The pretreatment apparatus comprises a housing (110), wherein a treatment cavity (211) is arranged in the housing, and openings (212) are provided in opposite side faces of the housing. The treatment cavity is internally provided with pickling mechanisms and cleaning mechanisms, wherein the pickling mechanism comprises a gas collecting hood (220), which is funnel-shaped and has one end covering a side surface of a plate (100), and the other end portion of the gas collecting hood is provided with a connection pipe (410) connected to a side wall of the treatment cavity; a first mounting plate (230) is vertically arranged in the gas collecting hood, and first spray nozzles (231) for spraying acid onto the plate are distributed on the first mounting plate; an exhaust port (111), which is in communication with the connection pipe, is arranged on an outer side surface of the housing; and a rotary shaft (420), which can rotate and extend into a corresponding gas collecting hood, is arranged at the side wall of the treatment cavity, and the rotary shaft is provided with an exhaust fan (421) located in the connection pipe. A multilayer compositing process for stainless steel and aluminum. By means of the pretreatment apparatus, the gas collecting hood can prevent acid liquid from splashing and can collect acid gas at the same time, and the acid gas is discharged out of the gas collecting hood in a timely manner by means of the action of the exhaust fan, so as to prevent acid corrosion of a plate caused by the acid gas.
