Abstract:
Disclosed is a pretreatment apparatus for neodymium-iron-boron waste before calcination, which apparatus mainly solves the problem of the calcination efficiency being affected due to insufficient calcination of existing neodymium-iron-boron waste. The apparatus comprises: a flushing apparatus, a crushing apparatus, a righting apparatus and a calcination apparatus. The flushing apparatus is provided with a left baffle, a right baffle, a front plate, a rear plate and a bottom plate, wherein the right baffle is arranged on the right side of the left baffle, the front plate is arranged in front of the left baffle and the right baffle, the rear plate is arranged behind the left baffle and the right baffle, and the bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the left baffle, the right baffle, the front plate and the rear plate; the crushing apparatus is arranged in front of the flushing apparatus, the crushing apparatus is provided with a crushing box and a crushing reamer, and the crushing reamer is arranged in the crushing box and used for crushing neodymium-iron-boron; the righting apparatus is arranged between the crushing apparatus and the flushing apparatus, the righting apparatus is provided with a material-blocking plate, and the material-blocking plate is arranged between the crushing box and the front plate; and the calcination apparatus is arranged in front of the crushing apparatus. The present invention has the advantages of providing sufficient calcination and having a high calcination efficiency.
