Abstract:
This pretreatment device (2) suctions liquid components as a pretreatment from a culture sample separated into liquid components and solid components across a solid-liquid interface within a container (14). The pretreatment device (2) comprises suction tubes (58, 59) for suctioning the liquid components, a pump (54) for imparting negative pressure to the suction tubes, and a control unit (500) for moving the negatively-pressured suction tubes in the direction of the solid-liquid interface within the liquid components.
