Title:
PREVENTION OF VEHICLES TURNING OVER INCASE OF FRONT WHEELS BURST ON HIGH SPEED
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2007/031095
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This invention depends on an extra wheel (1) of smaller dimension of the original wheel (8) which is fixed on both front wheels (8) of the vehicle made of light strong steel mixture and made of an uninflatable tyre (for small vehicles) or made of an inflatable tyre for heavy vehicles. This extra wheel (1) is to be fixed before the original wheel (8) is fixed on the main front wheels holding disc unit (7), to be as a ready reserve stand by wheel replacing the original wheel (8) in case it is punctured or burst on a high speed preventing the vehicle from turning over. The punchering or bursting of a tyre causes the driver to lose control over the vehicle which causes accident or turning over, but the extra stand by wheel (1) will be ready to replace the damaged main wheel (8) which will avoid the driver to lose control over the vehicle. These standby wheels (1) protect the original wheels (8) from damaging due to the pressure of the vehicle on the inflated original tyre as the stand by wheel (1) will care that pressure instead and the load will be cared out by this extra wheel (1) (for one side or both sides).

CLAIMS

(1)This invention is to add an extra standby ready wheel on the inner side of both front side wheels.

(2)Based on claim (1)This extra standby ready wheels will drop down right at the time that the main tyres get punchered or burst and will replace the load of the vehicle on it,preventing the vehicle from the possiablity of prefroming an accident or turning over. I

I

(3)Based on claim(1)this extra standby wheels will provide much more safety to the vehicle because it will prevent the driver from losing control of the vehicle incase of tyre bursting or punchering.

(4)Based on claim(1)this extra standby wheels will give the passangers the previledge of contiuning thier trip safely, incase the original reserved wheel of the vehicle is out of order.

(5)Based on claim(1)this extra stand by wheels will prevent the main tyres of getting damaged from the over load that will be on the inflated original tyres as it will be loaded on the extra standby wheel.

(6)Based on claim(1)this extra standby wheels will be free of maintinnance for small vehicles as its made of uninflatable rubber tyre, which is the majority of vehicles running in this world providing protection of human souls indangered of preforming and accident or vehicles turn over. < i

(7)Based on claim(1)this extra standby wheel will also provide much more saftey for the vehicles while traveling on high speed while on high ways.

Description:

PREVENTION OF VEHICLES TURNING OVER INCASE OF FRONT WHEELS BURST ON HIGH SPEED

Techincal Field

The techinical field of this invention depend on an extra wheel of smaller dimention of the original wheel which is fixed 4 On the ' vehicles both front sides made of light strong steel mixture and made of uninflatable tyre(for small vehicles)and made of inflatable tyre for heavy vehicles. f

This extra wheel is to be fixed before the original wheel from inside on the main front wheels holding disc unit, to be as a! ready reserve stand by wheel replacing the original wheels incase it is punctured or burst on a high speed preventing the vehicle from turΊng over.

Background Art

Disclosure of the Invention

All vehicles are running on two front wheels and it represents the base of stabelity for its balance on the surface it runs on.as well as providing the movement the vehicle needs, this invention depend on an extra wheel of smaller dimention of the origanal wheel which is fixed on the vehicles both front sides made of light strong steel mixture and made of uninflatable tyre(for small vehicles)and made of inflatable tyre for heavy vehicles.

This extra wheel is to be fixed before the original wheel from inside on the main front wheel holding disc unit to be as a ready reserve stand by wheel replacing the original wheel incase it is punctured or burst on a high speed driving avoiding turning over, losing control on vehicle and giving short distance of driving the vehicle on these stand by wheels or one of them(one side only)if the car resereve wheel is not ready for anyreason to be replaced and also these standby wheels protect the original wheels from damaging due to

the pressure of the vehicle on the inflated original tyre as the stand by wheel will care that pressure instead and the load will be cared out by this extra wheel ( for one side or both sides ) these two ready stand by wheels will be free of maintenance as its of uninflatable tyre for small cars but for large vehicles such as buses or trucks will be made of inflatable tyre. The main wheel will not be attached to the extra stand by wheel, as there will be a short gap between them giving free movement for both wheels and avoiding fracture which can cause high temperature because of the fracture, the puncturing or bursting of the tyre causes the driver to lose control over the vehicle which causes accident or turning over but the extra stand by wheels will be ready to replace the main damaged wheel which will avoid the driving to lose control over the vehicle.
