Abstract:
Remedies for postoperative recurrence of premenopausal breast cancer containing a GnRH agonist or antagonist which makes it possible to prevent the postoperative recurrence of premenopausal breast cancer without showing any serious side effects. By using sustained-release microcapsules, the drug effect can be sustained over a long time without frequently administering the drug. Thus, the postoperative recurrence of premenopausal breast cancer can be conveniently prevented over a prolonged period of time.
