Abstract:
A primary air intake device for a waste incinerator comprises an ash discharging hopper (2.1; 2.2; 2.3; 2.4; 2.5) and an air intake pipe (3.1). The air intake pipe (3.1) horizontally extends into the ash discharging hopper (2.1; 2.2; 2.3; 2.4; 2.5). An air ventilation hole (3.1A; 3.1A1) is formed in the pipe body on the lower side of the air intake pipe (3.1) in the horizontal direction, and primary air passes through the air intake pipe (3.1) and then enters the ash discharging hopper (2.1; 2.2; 2.3; 2.4; 2.5) through the air ventilation hole (3.1A; 3.1A1). Because of the remarkable increase of the fullness degree of combustion supporting air in a primary air chamber, burning flames are evenly distributed on the surfaces of grates (1), thereby improving the service life of grate bars, and improving the burnout rate of wastes.
