Abstract:
A primary beam and transverse tunnel cavity (4) and cross beam connection by means of mortise and tenon joint structure for passenger-carrying aluminum alloy vehicle frame comprising two parallel longitudinal beams (1). The longitudinal beam (1) has a multi-cavity aluminum alloy profile structure. The transverse tunnel cavity (4), a shear wall (5), and a cross arm (2) are transversely provided between the two longitudinal beams (1). Two ends of each of the transverse tunnel cavity (4), the shear wall (5), and the cross arm (2) respectively pass through curved cavities (105) of the two longitudinal beams (1), and are respectively connected thereto by means of mortise and tenon joint structures, and are fixed by means of connecting members.
