Abstract:
A primary machine and secondary machine energy regulation control method for an assembled vessel air conditioner. An action of a primary machine start-stop temperature controller (TS1) is closed when a value is reached, a start-up time relay (KT1) is powered on, a start-up time relay delay contact (KT1-1) is closed in a delayed manner, a primary machine start-stop intermediate relay (KA1) is powered on, the primary machine works at a 50% energy level, a system is at a 25% energy level, a primary machine start-stop intermediate relay contact (KA1-1) is closed, a primary machine and secondary machine interval time relay (KT2) works in a delayed manner to control a primary machine and secondary machine interval time relay contact (KT2-1) is closed; when the temperature increases, an action of a primary machine energy regulation temperature controller (TS3) is closed, a primary machine energy intermediate relay (TS4) is powered on, the primary machine works at a 100% energy level and the system is at a 50% energy level; and when the temperature increases, an action of an secondary machine start-stop temperature controller (TS2) is closed, an secondary machine start-stop intermediate relay (KA2) is powered on, an secondary machine works at a 50% energy level and the system is at a 75% energy level; and when the temperature increases, an action of an secondary machine energy regulation temperature controller (KA3) is closed, a secondary machine energy regulation intermediate relay (KA4) is powered on, the secondary machine works at a 100% energy level and the system is at a 100% energy level.
