Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a primer pair for quantitative detection of DNA fragment size distribution in an MDCK cell, a detection reagent, and a detection method. The primer pair at least comprises four primer pairs. The present invention can be used for analyzing MDCK residual DNA fragments in biological products. The method can be used for quantitative detection of size distribution of MDCK residual DNA fragments in biological products.
