Abstract:
A print data administration system capable of using print data advantageously in terms of data capacity. A database server (100) executes registering and providing. In registering, when a data registration demand is received from a shop (200), receipt data contained in the received data registration demand are registered in association with data name information (121) and password information (122), and user identification data containing these pieces of information (121) and (122) are transmitted to a purchaser. In providing, when a data using demand is received from a print server (400), the receipt data specified by the data name contained in the received data using demand, are transmitted to the print server (400) if the password of a record registering the same data name identical to the data name contained in the received data using demand and the password contained in the received data using demand are identical to each other.
