Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a printed film for insert molding, which exhibits excellent adhesion to various resins, while having a print protection layer that is capable of protecting a print layer without being swept away during the molding; an active energy ray-curable composition which is used for the print protection layer, and which exhibits excellent solubility in various reactive diluents; and an insert molded body which has the printed film for insert molding.
A printed film for insert molding, which comprises a resin base, a print layer that is provided on at least one surface of the base, and a print protection layer over the base surface on which the print layer is provided, and wherein the print protection layer is a layer of a cured product of an active energy ray-curable composition that contains one or more polymers (A) selected from the group consisting of vinyl polymers (A-1) and urethane acrylate polymers (A-2) and one or more reactive diluents (B) selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid esters, methacrylic acid esters and nitrogen-containing vinyl compounds.
