Abstract:
The present invention relates to a printed plate, in particular to a printed plate having a 3D effect, and belongs to the technical field of plate manufacturing. Provided is a printed plate having a 3D effect, the plate comprising: a base material layer, a color layer deposited on the base material layer, and a UV protective layer covering the color layer, wherein the base material layer comprises a core layer and a background film layer combined with the core layer; and the background film layer is also embossed with textures of wood grains, patterns or designs. The present invention subversively provides an operation of engraving before printing: firstly, applying a background film layer to a PE-based core material by means of an application method; then, carrying out engraving; next, carrying out printing; and finally, brushing a UV protective layer. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the present invention greatly simplifies the production process, thereby significantly improving the production efficiency. A product prepared by the method of the present invention has the advantage of a good 3D visual effect.
