Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a printer, an imaging device equipped with a printer, and a printing method that enable instant film and a film cover to be conveyed quickly and stably. In a printer according to an embodiment of the present invention, the conveyance speed of the instant film is made to be different from the conveyance speed of the film cover; therefore, it is possible to convey and eject the instant film and the film cover at the conveyance speed appropriate to each, and it is possible to eject the instant film and the film cover quickly and stably. In addition, since printing is performed by a line head while conveying the instant film, it is not necessary to perform head movement and film conveyance separately when printing, and thus it is possible to increase the speed of printing.
