Abstract:
The present invention can perform high-precision printing maintaining the distance between a printing head and a printing medium at a set distance without performing complicated adjustment, even if the thickness of the printing medium has changed. The present invention is provided with a control means (40) that controls the discharge operation of coating material discharge units (10) and the raising/lowering operation of a printing head raising/lowering means (12). The control means (40) identifies the pattern of change of a spatial distance (L) along the direction of motion of a moving means (20) on the basis of the output of a moving distance detection means (22) and the output of a spatial distance detection means (13), and on the basis of the pattern of change, controls the raising/lowering operation of the printing head raising/lowering means (12) and the discharge operation of the coating material discharge units (10).
