Abstract:
In order to correct the meandering of paper with a simple structure having a small number of components, this printer (100) comprises a paper feed path (81), an inversion roller (77c), a grip roller (77d), and a pair of left-right guide members (51), wherein: the guide members (51) each have an upstream-side first portion (51b) and a downstream-side second portion (51a); the first portion (51b) is formed to have a spacing that gradually narrows in a feed direction, such that a section closest to the inversion roller (77c) has a spacing (L2) that is wider than the width (W1) of paper (201), and a section closest to the second portion (51a) has a spacing (L1) substantially equal to the width (W1); the second portion (51a) is formed substantially parallel to the spacing (L1) that is substantially equal to the width (W1); and the printer includes a second cam (53b) that retracts the inversion roller (77c) in a state in which the tip of the paper (201) has arrived at the downstream-side portion (51a), and a first cam (53a) that moves a movable guide member (52).
