Abstract:
The above objective is achieved by a printing control method characterized in that a computer executes the processes of: specifying, when transmission of print data to a specific printer is requested, a load balancer associated with the specific printer among a plurality of load balancers associated with each of a plurality of machine groups in which installed print driver sets are separately managed; causing the specified load balancer to execute the allocation of a print job, have the print job processed by a print driver installed in a machine allocated by the load balancer and execute conversion to print data that corresponds to the specific printer; causing the print data obtained by conversion to be transmitted to the specific printer; and reorganizing the print driver sets that are the objects of management of each of the plurality of machine groups when it is detected that conversion loads in the plurality of machine groups are out of balance.
