Abstract:
A problem to be solved is to provide a printing device or the like that can easily
carry out a label print for making contents possible to grasp. The printing device
is provided with a frame image taking means (53) for taking a plurality of frames
at a predetermined time interval from a contents file of a recording subject for
an optical disc medium including image information; a frame image judging means
(54) for comparing each taken frame image with the frame images taken before and
after its image and using a judging result as to whether a difference between both
of the frame images is small or not, and judging whether each taken frame image
is proper for printing the image on a label surface; a label printing data generating
means (61) for generating label printing data to be printed on the label surface
of the optical disc medium in accordance with the frame image judged as the proper
image to be printed on the label surface; and a label printing means (64) for printing
the generated label printing data on the label surface of the optical disc medium.
