Abstract:
Disclosed is a printing and dyeing wastewater pre-treatment apparatus, comprising a sedimentation tank (1) and a flocculation container (7). The sedimentation tank (1) comprises an upper tank cavity (2) and a lower tank cavity (3), one side end of the upper tank cavity (2) being in communication with a first inlet pipe (4), and the other end of the first inlet pipe (4) being in communication with a second inlet pipe (5); and the other end of the upper tank cavity (2) being in communication with a discharge pipe (6). The flocculation container (7) is in communication with a side, close to the upper tank cavity (2), of a top end of the discharge pipe (6), and an electric motor (9) is provided in the flocculation container (7). A motor shaft of the electric motor (9) is a hollow shaft, a top end of the motor shaft of the electric motor (9) penetrating a top end of the flocculation container (7) and being in communication with a feeding hopper (11), and a bottom end of the motor shaft of the electric motor (9) being in communication with a centrifugal barrel (12). Several blending blades (13) are uniformly arranged on an upper portion of an outer circular surface of the centrifugal barrel (12) in a circumferential direction. Providing the sedimentation tank (1) and the flocculation container (7) realizes preliminary sedimentation and flocculation treatment of wastewater, thereby reducing solid particles in the wastewater, lowering the concentration thereof in the wastewater and facilitating the normal discharge and circulation of the wastewater.
