Abstract:
Provided are: a non-chlorine-based binder in which adhesion to PE and PP is improved without changing the chemical structure of a polyurethane resin, which is widely used as a printing ink binder; and a printing ink containing said binder. In the present invention, a printing ink binder containing a polyurethane resin and a terpene phenol resin that includes a terpene chain having an average carbon number of 11 or more and less than 19 with respect to one phenol skeleton is used.
