Abstract:
Disclosed is a printing ink composition which can fulfill all of the requirements (1) to (6) which are ideal properties for a receiving layer.
Specifically disclosed is a printing ink composition for forming an inkjet ink receiving layer, which can be cured by the irradiation with a radioactive ray and has a 60 degree gloss value of 40 or more when cured with an radioactive ray. The composition comprises, as the essential components, 5 to 40 wt% of a hydrophilic (meth)acrylate monomer having an amino group or a hydroxy group, 50 to 85 wt% of a non-porous inorganic filler having an average particle diameter of 1000 nm or less, and a copolymer having an acidic group as a dispersing agent.
