Abstract:
A printing ink squeezing device for squeezing printing ink in a printing ink package (8), the device comprising a horizontal guide rail platform (1) set up above a printing ink pond (9) of an offset printer, the horizontal guide rail platform (1) including a horizontal guide rail (11) and a first moving platform (12), wherein the horizontal guide rail (11) is provided in parallel with a printing ink foundation roller (91) in the printing ink pond (9), and the first moving platform (12) is arranged on the horizontal guide rail (11) to be sliding in parallel with the printing ink foundation roller (91); a vertical guide rail platform (2) comprising a vertical guide rail (21) and a second moving platform (22), wherein the vertical guide rail (21) is arranged on the first moving platform (12) and in perpendicular to the printing ink foundation roller (91) and the horizontal guide rail (11); the second moving platform (22) is provided on the vertical guide rail (21) to move along the vertical guide rail (21) in perpendicular to the printing ink foundation roller (91) and the horizontal guide rail (11); and a rolling device (3) provided on the second moving platform (22), the rolling device (3) comprising a roller driving motor (31) and two rollers (32) provided to be in parallel, wherein the two rollers (32) have synchronous engaging gears at ends on the same side; one roller (32) is connected with the roller driving motor (31) to be driven by the latter so as to drive the other roller (32) to make a synchronous movement towards an opposite direction.
