Provided are a printing machine and a printing method, having: a paper feeding device (R) having a plurality of paper feeding units (R1-R7); a printing device (U) having a plurality of printing units (U1-U6, U11-U62); a web path device (D); and a folding device (F), the folding device (F) being provided with a first folding line (W1) for longitudinally folding, then transversely cutting at predetermined lengths and transversely folding a web (W), and with a second folding line (W2) for transversely cutting at predetermined lengths and transversely folding the web (W).
