Abstract:

A printing mechanism of an offset printing machine comprises a plate roller (1), a transfer roller (4), and an imprint roller (2). The plate roller (1) sleeves on a plate shaft (16). The transfer roller (4) sleeves on a transfer shaft (21). The imprint roller (2) is rotatably disposed on a frame (3). The plate roller (1) correspondingly matches the transfer roller (4). The plate roller (1) and the transfer roller (4) abut and roll against each other. The plate shaft (16) is rotatably disposed on the frame (3). The transfer shaft (21) can rotate about an axis thereof. A position of the axis of the transfer shaft (21) is adjusted on a transfer shaft trajectory (40). When a transfer roller (4) having a different outer diameter is used, the position of the axis of the transfer shaft (21) on the transfer shaft trajectory (40) is adjusted, such that the transfer roller (4) having a different outer diameter and the imprint roller (2) abut and roll against each other. The printing mechanism of the offset printing machine can use plate rollers and the transfer rollers having different outer diameters, improving printing speed and efficiency, and improving printing precision.
