Abstract:

The printing method and printing device provided are capable of easily dyeing with targeted colors the entirety of printed matter which comprise a plurality of areas of which each have mutually distinct capillary forces. A coagulant agent supplying device (4) supplies at least the area of the printed matter having low capillary force, with a coagulant agent which facilitates the coagulation reaction of the coagulated aggregate gelled by coagulation. A print head (6) ejects droplets of ink containing the coagulated aggregate by the inkjet method, toward at least the area of the printed matter having low capillary force. The ink gelled by the coagulation reaction between the coagulated aggregate and the coagulant agent is set onto the printed matter by a heating device (7).
