Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a printing paper having a hinge part around which a print is able to be made, wherein a double spread print on right and left pages is seamless and easy to see. [Solution] A printing paper 10 according to the present invention comprises a base material layer that is composed of a thermoplastic resin film containing a porous layer and a print layer that is superposed on at least one surface of the base material layer, while having a linear hinge part 11 that is recessed in the thickness direction of the printing paper 10. Since the hinge part 11 is formed by applying heat and pressure to the printing paper 10 that contains the thermoplastic resin film, characters and images are able to be printed even around the hinge part 11.
