Abstract:
Provided is a printing process assistance system that is able to contribute to the improvement of printing quality. This printing process assistance system includes: a printing unit that executes a printing process for printing a coating material onto a substrate through an opening section formed in a mask, and a cleaning process for cleaning the lower surface of the mask at a predetermined cleaning interval and a predetermined cleaning frequency; a control unit that controls the operations of the printing process and the cleaning process; an inspecting unit that inspects the bleeding status of the coating material on the substrate after the printing process; and an information output unit that outputs, to at least one among the control unit and a reporting unit that can report the information to an operator, the inspection results and assistance information for mending the bleeding when bleeding occurs continuously. The information output unit outputs information for increasing the frequency of the cleaning process as the assistance information.
