Abstract:
A printing process, comprising pulping, ground color dip dyeing, drying, high-temperature constant-pressure steaming, cold water washing, reducing water washing, hot water washing, drying and setting. The printing process is characterized in that the pulping comprises preparation of original paste, preparation of printing paste, preparation of a fixer; potassium sulfate-potassium thiosulfate and styrene are added into the fixer; the coloring dye is an alkali dye; the thickener comprises acrylic acid, maleic anhydride, and divinylbenzene which are sequentially mixed in a ratio of 40:30:1; and the ground color dip dyeing liquor contains a non alkali-resistant disperse dye, citric acid, and sodium alginate. The advantages of the printing process lie in simple operation, stable performance, easy process control, great cleaning degree of the pattern wheel, and a full-ground-color printing effect.
