Abstract:
A printing screen and a sealant printing method. A printing screen (10) comprises: a frame (11), a silk mesh (12) fixed on the frame (11), and a thin film (13) formed on the silk mesh (12). The portion of the silk mesh (12) that is not covered by the thin film (13) forms a feeding port shaped like a rectangular ring. The rectangular ring comprises two opposite first sides (101) and two opposite second sides (102). The width of an upper opening of the cross section across the first sides (101) is less than or equal to that of an upper opening of the cross section across the second sides (102); and at a first height, the area of the cross section across the first sides (101) is greater than that of the cross section across the second sides (102), wherein the first height is less than the thickness of the thin film. The printing screen and the sealant printing method solve the problem of poor height uniformity of sealants.
