A printing system comprising a location registration apparatus (11) for performing the user authentication of a user operating a client terminal (14) in a work space (100), a remote desktop server (12) for making the desktop screen of a company terminal operable from the client terminal (14), and a printing device (13) for outputting print data in response to print requests, the location registration apparatus (11) transmitting the location information of the authenticated user to the printing device (13), the printing device (13) transmitting print data with the location information added thereto to the location registration apparatus (11) when a print request is received from the remote desktop server (12).
