Abstract:
This printing system comprises: a printing device; an accommodating rack which is provided with a plurality of shelf portions each capable of accommodating a support frame for supporting a replacement member, the support frames being capable of moving between the printing device and the shelf portions while facing the printing device, and which has an opening on a side surface parallel to a movement direction of the support frames; a delivery device including a feeding unit capable of feeding the support frames in and out in the movement direction, while abutting the support frame in the accommodating rack, and a movement unit for moving the feeding unit into and out of the accommodating rack through the opening; and a replacement control unit which includes a position sensor for detecting a state of penetration of the feeding unit with respect to the accommodating rack, and which can detect that the support frame is not on the shelf portion on the basis of a detection signal from the position sensor.
