Abstract:
A privilege escalation prevention detection method and device. The method comprises: firstly acquiring privilege change information about a process in a kernel state; detecting the privilege change information to determine whether the privilege of the process in a current processing phase is legitimate, so as to identify a condition where privilege information is illegitimately modified; and if a detection result indicates that the privilege is illegitimate, taking into consideration the fact that the condition where the privilege information is illegitimately modified may exist, and thus executing privilege escalation prevention processing so that a malicious user cannot obtain illegitimately escalated privilege without being detected.
