Abstract:
This privilege granting device 4 is provided with a charging facility recognition unit 403, a charging facility transmission unit 404, a stay determination unit 405, and a privilege granting unit 408. The charging facility recognition unit 403 recognizes recommended-charging-facility information including the position of at least one charging facility that can be stopped by from the current position of a vehicle to a destination in destination information. The charging facility transmission unit 404 transmits the recommended-charging-facility information to the user of the vehicle. The stay determination unit 405 determines whether the vehicle has stayed at the position of a charging facility included in the recommended-charging-facility information. The privilege granting unit 408 grants a privilege to the user when it is determined that the vehicle has stayed.
