A probe component and a detection apparatus comprising same. The probe component is configured for detecting a display panel and comprises a first probe area (2) corresponding to leads (13) in the display panel, wherein a probe (1) is arranged at the position, corresponding to a first lead among the connected leads (13) in the display panel, in the first probe area (2), and no probe (1) is arranged at a position, corresponding to the lead adjacent to the first lead, in the first probe area (2), the first lead being any one of the connected leads (13). The detection apparatus comprises the probe component. The existing problem of short circuit between the probes when a probe component is used for detecting the display panel is solved, the situation that defects of the display panel cannot be detected is avoided, the defect detection rate of the display panel is increased, the display quality of a picture of the display panel is guaranteed, the waste of production materials is further avoided, and the production cost is decreased.
