Abstract:
Provided is a probe holder which does not generate problems of strength even when the size of the probe holder is reduced and has a manufacturing cost suppressed low. A probe unit is also provided. The probe holder is provided with: a first holder member and a second holder member, which have board-like shapes, respectively, and are laminated in the board thickness direction; a fixing screw which affixes the first holder member and the second holder member to each other; and a coil spring removably mounted on the screw portion of the fixing screw. The first holder member is provided with a first screw hole, which has a diameter larger than the maximum outer diameter of the screw portion but smaller than the outer diameter of the coil spring and includes an inserting portion having the screw portion inserted therein. The second holder member is provided with a large diameter portion having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the coil spring, and a small diameter portion which is connected with the large diameter portion and is provided with a screw thread with which the screw portion can be screwed together. The screw portion is screwed in the small diameter portion, and the first holder member is sandwiched between the screw head of the fixing screw and the second holder member.
