Abstract:
This probe holder holds a plurality of contact probes each contacting, on one end side in the longitudinal direction thereof, one electrode to be contacted, wherein a plurality of holder holes are formed which comprise a single sheet of plate, penetrate through the probe holder, and respectively hold the plurality of contact probes. The holder holes have: a first hole part which is provided on one side in the penetration direction and extends in the penetration direction; a large-diameter part which is connected to the first hole part, extends in the penetration direction, and has a diameter larger than that of the first hole part; and a second hole part which is provided on the other end in the penetration direction, is connected to the large-diameter part, extends in the penetration direction, and has a diameter smaller than that of the large-diameter part.
