Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method or the like with which it is possible to easily detect a transcript resulting from a fusion gene and/or exon skipping. According to one embodiment, the present invention pertains to: a probe set for determining the existence or expression level of a transcript of a fusion gene on the genome; a probe set for determining the existence or expression level of a transcript resulting from exon skipping; a kit comprising said probe sets; a method for determining, by using said probe sets, the existence or expression level of a transcript of a fusion gene on the genome; or a method or the like for determining the existence or expression level of a transcript resulting from exon skipping.
