Abstract:
The present invention provides a probe sheet. The probe sheet comprises: a first wiring region having a plurality of first wiring sets arranged thereon, with each wiring set being composed of a preset number of wires, the first wiring region including an output portion for exposing one end of each of the first wiring sets to outside and a first junction portion for exposing the other end of each of the first wiring sets to outside; a second wiring region disposed on the opposite side of the first wiring region, the second wiring region having a plurality of second wiring sets arranged thereon, with each wiring set being composed of a preset number of wires, the second wiring region including a second junction portion for exposing one end of each of the second wiring sets facing the direction of the first wiring region to outside and an input portion for exposing the other end of each of the second wiring sets to outside; a junction region that is disposed between the first wiring region and the second wiring region and has auxiliary wiring sets composed respectively of a preset number of wires, wherein one end of each of all wires in the auxiliary wiring sets is connected to the corresponding wire of the first wiring sets in the first junction portion, and wherein the other end of each wire in at least one of the auxiliary wiring sets is connected to the corresponding wire of the second wiring sets in the second junction portion, while the other end of each wire in the remaining auxiliary wiring sets being exposed to outside in the second junction portion; and a wire connection sheet having a plurality of third wiring sets composed respectively of a preset number of wires, wherein one end of each wire in the third wiring sets is connected to the other end of each wire in the first wiring sets in the first junction portion, and wherein the other end of each wire in the third wiring sets is connected to the other end of each wire in the auxiliary wiring sets in the second junction portion, whereby an input signal having been received through the input portion may be repeatedly output through the output portion of the first wiring sets.
