Abstract:
A probe for testing charging/discharging of a secondary battery comprises: an outer plunger having the shape of a cylinder, the interior of which is penetrated; an inner plunger, which is formed coaxially with the outer plunger, which is electrically insulated from the outer plunger, and which plays up/down inside the outer plunger by means of an elastic force from a spring; a head portion, which is fixed to the upper end of the outer plunger, which has a central through-hole formed such that the inner plunger protrudes therethrough, and which has a probing protrusion formed on the upper surface thereof; and a conductive elastic body mounted so as to contact the head portion.
