Abstract:
A problem-solving assistance device 30 comprises a problem collection unit 31 that collects a problem 410 from a first subject 41, a problem presentation unit 32 that presents the collected problem 410 to a second subject 42, a proposed solution collection unit 33 that collects a proposed solution 420 created by the second subject 42 with respect to the problem 410, a proposed solution presentation unit 34 that presents the collected proposed solution 420 to a third subject 43, and a reception unit 35 that receives, from the third subject 43, a supply of resources 430 necessary to enact the proposed solution 420, whereby the problem-solving assistance device 30 provides assistance to better ensure that problems are solved.
