Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a process and apparatus for using a circulating compressed gas to blow off and recover a material liquid from the surface of a workpiece. The apparatus comprises a gas pressurization unit, an air delivering pipe, a blowing unit, and a recovered material liquid lifting unit that are sequentially connected. The circulating gas pressurization unit comprises a pressurizer. An air inlet of the pressurizer is connected to a gas outlet of an exhaust air cavity. An air outlet of the pressurizer is connected to an inlet of a compressed gas cavity. An air inlet in communication with the air outlet of the pressurizer is provided on the blowing unit. An air blowing opening is provided on the inner wall of a pressurized gas cavity. A gas guiding holed plate is provided at the bottom of a blowing compartment. The gas guiding holed plate vertically divides the center area of the blowing unit into the blowing compartment and a gas-liquid separation compartment. Diversion holes are provided on the gas guiding holed plate. A gas-liquid mixture formed is introduced into the gas-liquid separation compartment. A filter material is provided in the gas-liquid separation compartment. A gas guiding mesh is provided around the exterior of the gas-liquid separation compartment. An annular exhaust air cavity is provided at the periphery of the gas guiding mesh. The apparatus combines multiple functions, is structurally simple, and provides an increased material liquid recovery rate.
