Title:
PROCESS FOR CREATING AN OPTICAL COMPONENT FOR GENERATING, FROM A GIVEN LIGHT SOURCE, A GIVEN NEAR-FIELD ILLUMINATION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/104960
Kind Code:
A2
Abstract:
The invention relates to a process for manufacturing an optical component (Cnf) configured to generate on an illumination target (T) in the near-field an illumination having a defined pattern whereby each point (i) of the illumination target (T) receives an amount of light (alpha_i) via an illumination generated by an illumination light source (S) and incident on the optical component (Cnf), which is placed between the illuminating light source (S) and the illumination target (T).
