Abstract:
A technique with which a nanofibrous resin spun by electrospinning can be introduced into inner parts of fibers. The process (S1) for fiber composite material production is a process which comprises spinning a nanofibrous resin (2, 7) toward split fibers (3, 6) continuously conveyed along a given conveyance route and thereby combining the split fibers (3, 6) with the resin (2) to produce a fiber composite material (1). The process involves a resin spinning step (S20) in which the nanofibrous resin (7) spun with an electrospinning device (20) is flown toward the split fibers (3, 6). In the resin spinning step (S20), the direction in which the nanofibrous resin (7) proceeds is made to be the same as the conveying direction of the split fibers (3, 6) by blowing an air stream from a blower (21) on the nanofibrous resin (7).
